Lewa, A role model for conservation in the region. A world heritage site. The conservancy hosts one of the largest population of rhinos both black and white. All the Northern special five,Reticulated giraffe,Somali Ostrich,Beisa Oryx, Gerrenuk and the critically endangered Grevys zebra. A good example of how Conservation can go hand in hand with community development. Lewa supports over 27 schools , eight water projects 4 health centers and thousands of Students in higher learning institution.
